Request Resend Status (Pull)
On the Left of your dashboard you will see the main navigation toolbar. Click on My Requests (PULL) to view Pull details page.
This details page will give you a full view of all requests sorted by most recent at top.
“Request Resent” means that you have resent the link to the recipient which adds another 14 days to the timeline. Note: The original Request will say “Request Resent” and the new link created will begin in “waiting” status and internal notes will reflect that the request was duplicated from ID 1234567 (see line 1 & 8 in the below screenshot)
You can use this feature on expired requests or waiting requests that are getting close to the 14 day expiration. To Resend a Request that is about to expire, click on the green Re-send button under Actions
This details page will never be removed or erased and will continue to calculate your request details and store metadata only (for audit purposes).
