How to send a PULL Queue request

*This feature removes the need for Teams to have multiple users logging into one account with the same password.

The only difference on sending a PULL request to a recipient using the Queue is that you will see a drop-down menu where you can “select” the Queue Name you are designated to and send Requests to recipients.

Your Team may have multiple Queues created which any user can be designated to. A User can be designated to multiple Queues.

  • PRE Loan Apps

  • New Accounts

  • Loan Application Division 1

Note: Any user with Queue access can send requests on behalf of the Queue and ANY user within the Queue can respond or assign any incoming requests to themselves or assign requests to another User.
