Why are some completed PULL requests gray
This means YOU as the user have not downloaded the documents to your storage or hard drive.
On the Left of your dashboard you will see the main navigation toolbar. Click on My Requests (PULL) to view Pull details page.
This details page will give you a full view of all requests sorted by most recent at top click on VIEW to open up that specific request details.
Requests that are GRAYED in color (highlighted) are Completed requests from your recipient and YOU as the user have not downloaded the documents to your storage or hard drive.
You can click on VIEW to view the files but if you do not download them the request will remain grayed until the file(s) are downloaded.
Gray = Not downloaded
White = Downloaded
