Queue - "Assign another user" - Email Notification
When a request is assigned to another user that user will get an email notification stating that user was assigned a request:
Assigned Pull Email Notification: “You have been assigned a Document Request from your Team!”
Assigned Push Email Notification: “You have been assigned a Document Push from your Team!”
