Request Status (Pull)
On the Left of your dashboard, you will see the main navigation toolbar. Click on My Requests (PULL) to view the Pull details page.
This details page will give you a full view of all requests sorted by the most recent at the top.
“Waiting” status means that the recipient has not clicked on the request link that you sent and they have not uploaded their documents. Note: since there is a 14-day expiration, you can RESEND the link to add another 14 days to the timeline if you notice the recipient has been in waiting status for close to 14 days (the system will kill the first link and mirror it and resend it).
“Complete” status means the recipient has uploaded their documents and now you as the user need to VIEW them and download them.
“Expired” status means that you sent the request to the recipient, the recipient did not click on the link and they did not upload documents. The link will expire in 14 days. Note: you can RESEND the link to add another 14 days to the timeline (the system will kill the first link, mirror it, and resend it)
“Complete & Expired” means that the recipient has uploaded their documents and the 14 days have now expired. Note: you can VIEW details of the documents but you can no longer download them. All metadata remains but the payload is expired.
“Request Resent” means that you have resent the link to the recipient which adds another 14 days to the timeline. Note: The original Request will say “Request Resent” and the new link created will begin in “waiting” status and internal notes will reflect that the request was duplicated from ID 1234567 (see lines 1 & 8 in the below screenshot)
This details page will never be removed or erased and will continue to calculate your request details and store metadata only (for audit purposes).
