PULL Timeline
On the Left of your dashboard you will see the main navigation toolbar. Click on My Requests (PULL) to view Pull details page.
Requests that are GRAYED in color (highlighted) are Completed requests from your recipient and YOU as the user have not downloaded the documents to your storage or hard drive.
This details page will give you a full view of all requests sorted by most recent at top click on VIEW to open up that specific request details.
Once you click on VIEW button, you now have all the details to this specific request.
Message to recipient, internal message, message from user, recipients info, download documents and download package button.
Timeline will register each step of the request to when it was sent, when the recipient clicked on the link, how many times they clicked on the link, when USER download, how many times downloaded, if files were downloaded via package or individually downloaded and when link expires (14 days).
Enterprise Features:
Auto-forward: If auto-forward is enabled, then this timeline will also show when the Admin of the Team downloaded the files while user was on vacation.
Queue Feature if enabled will show if requests were assigned to another user or the user assigned the request to themselves.
