Expire Status (PUSH)
On the Left of your dashboard you will see the main navigation toolbar. Click on My Requests (PUSH) to view Pull details page.
This details page will give you a full view of all requests sorted by most recent at top.
“EXPIRED” status means that the request you sent to the recipient, has now expired. The recipient will no longer have the option to download the document(s) and you as the user are not able to resend or terminate.
Note: you can VIEW details of the documents to see metadata.
This details page will never be removed or erased and will continue to calculate your request details and store metadata only (for audit purposes).
