How to download multiple documents via zip folder

On the Left of your dashboard you will see the main navigation toolbar. Click on My Requests (PULL) to view Pull details page.
Requests that are GRAYED in color (highlighted) are Completed requests from your recipient and YOU as the user have not downloaded the documents to your storage or hard drive.
This details page will give you a full view of all requests sorted by most recent at top click on VIEW to open up that specific request details.
Once you click on VIEW button, you now have all the details to this specific request and all file details: IP address, Geo Location, name of file, size of file, date and time stamp
To Download all files in one ZIP folder, click on the blue Download Package dropdown.
