How to VIEW PUSH requests inside a Queue - "Assign another User"

*This feature removes the need for Teams to have multiple users logging into one account with the same password.

On the Left of your dashboard you will see the main navigation toolbar. Under My Queues you will see the list of Queues that you have been invited to see. Click on any Queue listed to view the details of the requests.

This Queue details page will give you a full view of all requests (Pulls and Pushes) sorted by most recent at top.

Your Team may have multiple Queues created which any user can be designated to. A User can be assigned to multiple Queues.

3 Queues are included in this demo:

  • PRE Loan Apps (Queue details in above picture)

  • New Accounts

  • Loan Application Division 1

As a User with Queue access you now have 2 options: 1- You can “Assign to myself” any request or 2- you can assign another user within the Queue to view and manage the request.

2- If you “Assign another user” then the request will open up a drop-down list of active users within this Queue. Select the user name.

You will be prompted “Are you sure you want to assign the request #677075 to George F Small?”. Select YES to proceed and NO to choose another user.

Note: When assigning another user the Action box will display the users name, the request will be highlighted and the “are you sure” box has the request and the assigned users name associated with this function so that you will know WHO you are assigning the request to.

When YES is selected “active” request will disappear from the Queue and show inside “the assigned users” My Sends/Push tab on the left navigation toolbar and this Request is now this users full responsibility.

When a request is assigned to another user that user will also get an email notification stating that user was assigned a request along with request details:

You can now VIEW Push details of the Request along with the timeline details showing that User “Tori Mills assigned this request to George F Smalls” (assigned to another user) or the timeline may say “Tori Mills assigned this request to Tori Mills” (assign to myself)
