Download All Files/Medias as .zip

You can download files individually as they come in, OR you can also download all files in a Conversation as a zip (.zip) file folder.
*Note: Currently, Acuant and ID Scan files are not included in the .zip but they will be soon.
When inside a Conversation, the option to download all the files as a .zip can be found with the files list in the “Medias” box on the right-hand side.
To initiate the download, click the “Download All Medias” button and the download will begin. You will be shown an indicator that the download has started.
Once the download has been completed, it will be shown in your browser and folders, the same as usual downloads.
The title of the Conversation will reflect the file's name with the added tag “- Conversation Medias”.
