How to VIEW PULL requests inside a Queue - "Assign to myself"
*This feature removes the need for Teams to have multiple users logging into one account with the same password.
On the Left of your dashboard you will see the main navigation toolbar. Under My Queues you will see the list of Queues that you have been invited/designated to see. Click on any Queue listed to view the details of the requests.
Pull: You will be able to see requests in “waiting” status and “complete” status.
Push: You will be able to see requests in “active” status.
This Queue details page will give you a full view of all requests (Pulls and Pushes) sorted by most recent at top.
Your Team may have multiple Queues created which any user can be designated to. A User can be designated to multiple Queues.
3 Queues are included in this demo:
PRE Loan Apps (Queue details in above picture)
New Accounts
Loan Application Division 1
As a User with Queue access you now have 2 options: 1- You can “Assign to myself” any request or 2- you can assign another user within the Queue to view and manage the request.
1- If you “Assign to myself” then the request will disappear from the Queue and show inside YOUR My Requests (Pull) tab on the left navigation toolbar and this Request is now your full responsibility.
When Request status changes to “Complete” you can now VIEW details of the Request along with the timeline details showing that User “Tori Mills assigned this request to Tori Mills” (assigned to myself) or the timeline may say “Tori Mills assigned this request to Rhonda Price” or if a Pull is received via the URL link then timeline will say “email@yahoo.com initiated a Pull from the PRE Loan Apps Queue Public URL”
