HEIC file extensions

Apple’s iPhone and iPad now take photos in the HEIF image format (The High Efficiency Image File Format HEIF)  Windows doesn’t natively support HEIC files, but there’s a way USERS can view them—or convert them to standard JPEGs.

Does your Team USER/employee have the application to open those kinds of files?

YES - then great!

NO - Luckily, Image file types can be downloaded from Botdoc as PDF files. Otherwise, your USER will not be able to open them and may need to request that the recipient resends via jpeg or a recognizable file extension OR you/USER can use the conversion link below.

Depending on what your company has set for internal rules, your users can download the software, or download the customer file to their computer and then upload it to the website link below to convert the files OR you will need the customer to resend in a readable format like png or jpeg.
