Mobile App instructions
We don’t currently have a true APP - as the current tech is portal based. Since most of the use-cases are B2C, with a unilateral flow of data/docs, the need for an APP is not a priority on our roadmap, but will be at some point.
However today you can actually create an icon on your mobile phones (acts just like an app)!
Step 1 On your mobile device, iPhone, open safari and enter your Botdoc login link - https://app.botdoc.io
Step 2 At the bottom of your screen you will see the box with the up-arrow – click here
Step 3 This will open up the option for you to Add to Home Screen
(disregard the website of chick-fil-a as I had to use address since I already have my Botdoc app on my home screen)
