Refresh or Clear browsing data history

Sometimes you will need to CLEAR your browser cache/history/data/cookies to view new changes you may have made within your Botdoc account (changed logo, avatar pic, or changes that Botdoc completed for you which would include removing/adding P2, users, features etc).

Steps to take FIRST:

  • Refresh browser

  • Log out – Log in again

  • Ctrl + Shift + R” to reload the currently open page and override the locally cached version.

If those above 2 steps have not corrected your issues then:

  • Clear browsing history/data

You can clear all your browsing history or clear browsing data from a certain time or a certain website.

  • We suggest clearing from a certain website or webpage (Botdoc)

so that not all history is removed from other functions you have performed.

What types of information can I remove?

  • Browsing History - The URLs of sites you've visited, and the dates and times of each visit.

  • Cache - parts of web pages that are stored in the browser to make them load faster the next time you visit.

  • Download history - The list of files you've downloaded from the web. This only deletes the list, not the actual files that you've downloaded.

  • Cookies - files that contain information about your visit to a website, including site preferences and user information.

  • Offline Website Data - files a website stores in your device (if you've allowed it) so you can continue to use it offline.

  • Saved Logins/Passwords - Site passwords that you've saved.

  • Autofill form data (includes forms and cards) - Info that you've entered into forms, such as your email, credit card, or a shipping address.
