What browsers are compatible with Botdoc

When logged into the Botdoc Dashboard…Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari are the main…IE works as well but some features are not compatible and by the end of 2021 IE will no longer provide support.

We also occasionally check our product against some less common browsers like Opera, Brave, and Vivaldi.

When a Recipient has received a Pull/Push Request or was sent links from the P2 feature, IE will perform like the other browsers.
