Request Link Expiration Date
The download link has an expiration date.
The expiration date will be 14 days after the date you send.
If the receiver opens the link, the expiration date will be 14 days after that.
Example:
You send a file on January 1st, the expiration date will be on January 15th;
The receiver opens on January 12th, the expiration date will increase to January 26th;
Note: You can use the Resend feature or Terminate feature on requests that are still within the 14 day expiration period.
