Queue Timeline (PUSH)

On the Left of your dashboard you will see the main navigation toolbar. Click on My Sends (PUSH) to view Push details page then click VIEW.
Timeline will register each step of the request to when it was sent, when the recipient clicked on the link, how many times they clicked on the link, when the recipient downloaded the file and how many times it was downloaded, if user resent request, if link was terminated and when link expires.
If you were assigned a Push request via a Queue or if you selected a Push Request from a Queue you will see this information on the timeline as well.
“Tori Mills assigned this send to Melinda Price” (assigned to a user)
“Tori Mills assigned this send to Tori Mills” (assigned to myself)
Note: you can VIEW details of the documents to see metadata.
This details page will never be removed or erased and will continue to calculate your request details and store metadata only (for audit purposes).
