SMTP Microsoft/Office365 - Send email request notifications from our company email address

SMTP feature will change the “sent from” or sender email from noreply@botdoc.io to your company’s email address noreply@yourcompany.com
Note: All P2 requests will come from noreply@botdoc.io even if your SMTP is enabled on your Main Push/Pull account
Click on the My Teams Tab on the Left Navigation toolbar.
Scroll down to “Edit Your Team Email Sending Method”. Default is set at none but click on the drop down box to choose Microsoft/Office365 (Step 1).
OWNERS are the only team users that have privileges to “Edit Your Team Email Sending Method”.
Once you have selected Microsoft/Office365 from Dropdown menu (Step 2) click on Authorize Microsoft/Office365 Account
(Step 3) Sign In to your noreply email account (they system may skip this step if you are already signed in)
Make sure you are logged into your noreply email account and not your business/personal account
If this is a brand new Microsoft/Office365 Account, please log-in and go to YOUR INBOX or your company webmail URL, this step is needed to activate email sending functionalists on your account.
For Organizations: An Extra step inside your organization is needed for correct configuration. After putting the email address and password, you will need to log-in as an admin of the organization to authorize the access.
You may need to logout of Botdoc, login again and try to perform the Authentication

Verify identity via entering Google code
(Step 4) Let this (Botdoc) app access your information – Click YES (you are only giving Botdoc permission to SEND emails via this SMTP route. Botdoc cannot see any data)
(Step 5) Success message shows on Team dashboard: “Team edited successfully and email test sent to Owners email”
(Step 6) Confirmation Email will be sent to Owners email
If the Server accepts all the entered info, YOU as OWNER (because YOU are entering the info) will get an email confirmation that the server has accepted your credentials.
Change Password:
If you change the password on this email account, the authorization provided will no longer be valid, it will be necessary to reauthorize the Botdoc app. Click on Remove Microsoft O365 Account then click on Authorize Microsoft O365 Account
Disable SMTP - Click on NONE in the dropdown box and click on Save Email Sending Method.
