Custom URL fields and Icons
This is an Enterprise + custom feature which allows the Team Owner to create custom fields for all Users. Custom Fields can be found on Users Personal Profile page which can be tied to each users URL page. Contact sales@botdoc.io for more details.
Custom Fields include: icons, links and linked icons (see samples below)
From Team Profile scroll down to view Edit Team User Custom Fields and this will add custom fields to ALL users profile page and Personal URL (see 2nd pic below)
Click Add New to configure your custom fields. The Owner has the ability to create these fields which will show up on each users profile page when saved. Users can input their own values or Owner can set fields as Default/Globally.
Field Name = (required)
Field Description = Add a description so that when a user “hovers” over the ? by the Field Name (in users personal profile), the user will be able to see more details or instructions on what this field is for
Default Field Value (Global Role) = Owner can set a custom field so it appears and is active on all users accounts. Users will not be able to make changes to this field as its controlled 100% by the owner. Owner must paste URL link or text into this field.
Field Type = Choose Text, URL link or Icon link
URL link – Will display the text as a clickable link therefore the owner editing this content will need to enter a valid URL
Icon Link – Will display only the selected icon as a clickable link, like social media icons.
Is Field Required – check if you want all users to input credentials into this field
Display on Public URL = if checked, these fields will show up on users personal profile page AND personal URL page. If unchecked these fields will show up on each users personal profile page
Field Icon = use the dropdown to choose from the icon library if you are going to display on users personal URL pages. Select blank box if you choose NO icon or it may already be selected for you.
Icon Link Color = You will be able to choose the background color of your icon on how its displayed on our personal URL page.
Custom Field Icon = Upload a custom icon (image files only) MUST be square, width/height between 100px and 512px. If not, then we will resize to fit the layout which may distort your image.
Lets breakdown each section above:
Field Name = (required)
Samples: NMLS#, MLS#, Realtor #, Review Us, Groupon Coupon, Location, Google/Yelp Review etc
This is what each users personal profile page will look like when the Owner creates the above custom fields. Fields that are gray are globally configured by the Owner, the fields in white must be filled in by each users by pasting URL links or typing in text.

Default Field values that are locked by the owner are shown in gray and will show on every users profile page but users will not be able to manipulate the link.

Icon Link – Will display only the selected icon as a clickable link, like social media icons. 1 Choose Icon Link from Field Type, 2 select Icon Link from the dropdown and then 3 select the background color of the icon. Customer can hover over the icon and see the title “review us”.

Is Field Required – check if you want all users to input credentials into this field
If Owner checks this box then all users must enter either text or a URL link in the new field on their personal profile page.
NOTE: Owners will need to send an internal email/message to all users letting them know that a new field was created on their personal profile pages and you must let them know what kind of information you need them to put into this field box. (Botdoc will be adding new updates to this feature soon so that the owners don't have to micro-manage if a field is required by users)

Owners: There are 731 (stock type) icons that you can choose from the dropdown menu. You can use icons for “Field Type” see above - Text, URL link or Icon link
Icon Link Color = You will be able to choose the background color of your icon on how its displayed on our personal URL page.
