Setting P2/Conversations as the default dashboard

This is a standard setting that is available to all teams with P2/Conversations enabled.

There are two ways that the P2/Conversations portion of Botdoc can be set as the default dashboard.

1. A user with Team Owner permissions can set it globally for their team.

2. An individual user can set it for themselves on a per-user basis (Use-case: Some team users operate more inside the P2/Conversations while others use the main dashboard more frequently. Each can log in to their desired piece of the product)

Note: This does not take away any access to both sides of the product (P1 and P2). This simply changes your landing page after logging in.

A user with Team Owner permissions can set it globally for their team:

As a user with Owner-level permissions (Team or Organization), this setting can be found under the “Edit Your Team Configuration” section of your My Team page.

Open

This is a “global” setting, if toggled on, every user on the selected team will now automatically be redirected to P2/Conversations upon login.

Don't forget to SAVE the changes made.

An individual user can set it for themselves on a per-user basis:

From a “per-user” perspective, this setting can be activated from the setting on the user profile.

When you access your profile, the settings will be displayed at the bottom of the settings toggles on the main profile page.
