P2/Conversations Container Transcript Report

With P2/Conversations Reports active on your team account, there are several options available for this setting including what gets put in the report and who receives it. You must have Owner permissions for your team to edit this feature.
As a team owner, these settings will be found at the bottom of your “My Team” page under “Edit Team Conversation Email Reports.”
Allow Conversation Container Report - This will toggle this setting on/off.
Send the report to the participants as well (if they have at least one email) - This will toggle the setting that will allow the Participant(s) (Customer(s)) to receive a copy of the container report.
Send the report to the requester - This will toggle the setting to allow the User that sent the container to receive a copy of the container report.
Include Chat Transcript in the Report - This will toggle whether or not the Transcript of the chat history will be included in the report.
Censor Chat Message Sensitive information - This will toggle the ability to censor certain sensitive information in the Chat Transcript. (Including SSN, Phone Numbers, and Passport Numbers) *Note: SSNs will only be censored with no spaces or dashes used.
In the box labeled “Send every report to this Email list:” you can also add a list of emails (separated by commas) that will receive every report sent with the included settings above.
