User vs a Queue user - Is there a difference?
A USER is anyone who creates an account or was invited by a Team Owner/Admin (Free, Trial, Basic, Corp Team, or Enterprise). Users have full access to Botdoc requests and a user is also considered 1 license. If a Team has 10 users then this Team will have 10 licenses.
A QUEUE is also considered as 1 license (count as a user) however, multiple users on a Team can be invited to the Queue to manage and view incoming and outgoing requests associated with the Queue. Users have to be invited to the Teams Queue by an Owner/Admin.
If the Team has 10 users and 5 Queues then the Teams total licenses is 15.
*This feature removes the need for Teams to have multiple users logging into one account with the same password.
A Queue is an Enterprise level feature, contact sales@botdoc.io for more details.
Note: A Queue can NOT log in!
