URL Auto-Reply feature (Team & User)

This is an Enterprise level custom feature that can be enabled per User or a Team URL default. (User-enabled feature will trump the Team default if one is set)

IN SHORT: PPP USE-CASE:  ‘flag’ one user account, when a request is completed, Botdoc auto-sends a templated email to the email address that sent the application in. 

  1. The customer completes a pull request (an initial application for a PPP loan, gathering basic information) 

  2. Completed Request would go to URL ( PPPstartApplication@bank.com)

  3. When that Completed Request comes into the user's account, Botdoc Auto-Sends a ‘welcome email’ to the Customer’s email that just completed the request.

  4. This new templated/custom welcome Email tells the applicant what the bank needs next… w/ another Personal URL (PPPdocumentation@bank.com) link, where the customer then uploads the remaining supporting documents. Note: You do not have to have an email linked as you can send an auto-reply message vs an auto-reply request link

Team Default is set up the same way other than the Team Owner can set a default auto-reply for all users.
