P2 - Remove recipient from live session

You now have the ability to REMOVE a recipient from a live session and/or Reactivate a recipient if they have been removed.

Use Case: You are speaking to Customer A, Customer B and a family member who may be co-signing or may have additional information needed or chatting with another bank rep. You no longer need the family member to be part of the session so by clicking on the REMOVE button next to the customers info, this will remove this recipient from the session.

Once you click the REMOVE button you will be asked “Are you sure” you want to remove this recipient? Click Remove or Cancel

Once Removed, you will see on the screen that the customer was removed and is no longer part of the session and can no longer see or view the session but you can reactivate recipient if needed and will receive a notification via email or mobile of the reactivation link.
