The Dashboard is the main screen you will see once you are logged into your Botdoc account.
On the left, you have the main navigation tool bar which has your main tabs for Pull and Push details, Contacts, My Teams tab for Admin and current subscription.
In the middle you will see the Request (PULL) and Requests (PUSH). On the Pull side you can send a request to a recipient to receive files back and on the PUSH side you can send files to a recipient.
On the upper right you have your name and a support icon. When you click on your name you can find your profile info and log out button.
When you click on support icon you can see a drop-down menu for help, training videos and support.
Bottom right you will see an orange ? which is a self help box. Just enter your question(s) to find answers.
