What is the Dashboard

The Dashboard is the main screen you will see once you are logged into your Botdoc account.

On the left, you have the main navigation toolbar which has your main tabs for Pull and Push details, Contacts, My Teams tab for Admin, and current subscription.

In the middle, you will see the Request (PULL) and Requests (PUSH). On the Pull side, you can send a request to a recipient to receive files back and on the PUSH side, you can send files to a recipient.

On the top, you will see 4 boxes Requests Sent, Pending Requests, Completed Requests, and Available Requests

Requests Sent: This is the total number of Push and Pull requests that you have sent.

Pending Requests: “Pending” means that you either just sent a PULL or a PUSH to a customer and you are waiting for that customer to act.  It will remain pending until the PULL is completed by the customer, meaning they’ve uploaded their files or when the PUSH link was clicked on by the customer.

Completed Requests: When a PULL is completed by the customer and they’ve uploaded their files and when the PUSH link was clicked on by the customer.

Available Requests: For Free (10 requests only) and Basic accounts (80 requests) this will show YOUR available requests. If you are part of a TEAM (100 requests), this will be a “pooled” number for all team users. If you have 10 users then 1000 requests are pooled so all users have access to that many requests. Each month those requests (Basic and Corp Teams) will be replenished with the subscription amount.

On the upper right, you have your name and a support icon. When you click on your name you can find your profile info and log out button.

When you click on the support icon you can see a drop-down menu for help, training videos, and support.

On the bottom right you will see an orange ( ? ), this is a self-help box. Just enter your question(s) to find answers.
