*This feature removes the need for Teams to have multiple users logging into one account with the same password.
The only difference on sending a PULL request to a recipient using the Queue is that you will see a drop-down menu where you can “select” the Queue Name you are assigned to and send Request to recipient.
Your Team may have multiple Queues created which any user can be assigned to. A User can be assigned to multiple Queues.
