Request Link Expiration Date

  • The request link has an expiration date.

  • The expiration date will be 14 days after the date you send.

  • If the receiver opens the link and responds to the request, the expiration date will be 14 days after that. After expired you won't be able to access the file(s)

Example:

You request a file on January 1st, the expiration date will be on January 15th;
The receiver responds to the request on January 12th, you will be able to download files until January 26th;

Note: You can use the Request Resend feature on expired requests or waiting requests that are getting close to the 14 day expiration.
