What is the username used for?

Your “username” is tied to your personal URL handle and has nothing to do with any kind of login credentials.

Click on your name in the upper right corner and select profile.  Find the field called “username”.

Note: Your username or URL handle is public so choose a username wisely or with good judgment.

A username can not have more than 40 characters and only letters, numbers, dashes - or underscores _ can be used

Why is there a personal URL link on my profile settings page? Personal URLs are used in your Email Signature block so recipients can send documents without needing to initiate a PULL request.
