Unfortunately our credit card system will not ping you that your credit card has expired therefore you will need to manually make that change within your Botdoc account.
Log into your Dashboard and click on “Corporate Monthly” on the left navigation tool bar which takes you to the billing tab, select “upgrade”
and then “update payment method” on the right. Enter your credit card info even though it’s the same card, you can re-enter it (with new expiration date) and then save vs selecting “current method payment”.
If you are set up for monthly billing and that will remain the same and if you are set up for annual billing, that will remain the same.
