You will find access to your contact page on the middle-left hand side of your Conversations Dashboard:
From there you will see a button labeled “Create New Contact” in the upper left corner:
From there a pop-up window will open that will allow you to fill out as much of the contact info as you see fit. (Note: At a minimum, there needs to be at least one contact method, either mobile number or email, in order to initiate a container/conversation with a contact.)
The available fields are as follows:
First Name, Last Name
Email, Phone (With the added option for labels: Work, Home, Private, etc.)
Company, Job Title and Notes.
After you’ve completed filling out the necessary fields and are ready to save the contact, the new contact will be saved by clicking on the green “Create” button on the lower right side of the box you are filling out:
After clicking “Create” your contact will be saved and shown to you in the main contacts menu:
This contact will now be available to create a new conversation from the main “Conversations” dashboard. (Note: You can also create a new conversation within the contacts page by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of any contact):
