#1 After successfully receiving a Botdoc link (via either email or mobile), the first step is to click on the link provided.
3 easy steps:
click on link provided (email or mobile)
Add documents (button)
Click Send/Finish button
When you access the link you will see a landing page similar to the image below (differences will be coloring, logo, branding, etc.):
#2 The next step is to click on the “Add Document” on this landing page:
Clicking “Add Document” inside your computer browser will open up a file window so you can freely select your documents, photos, etc. that have been requested from you.
On mobile, it will prompt you with the choice to add from your photo library, take a photo or browse files on your phone as shown to the left here. (The Example is an iPhone, however, Android phones operate the same albeit with slightly different verbiage.)
(You can also cancel any individual files using the cancel button next to each file before they upload, and there is also a Delete button next to each file after they have been uploaded)
#3 Once each file has finished uploading the “Send/Finish” button along the bottom will animate indicating that the Pull Request is ready to be completed and sent.
After clicking the “Send/Finish” button your documents will be sent and the container will terminate showing you that your documents have been successfully and securely transported.
