Customer completes a pull request (an initial application for PPP loan, gathering basic information)
Completed Request would go to URL (PPPstartApplication@bank.com)
When that Completed Request comes into the users account, Botdoc Auto-Sends a 'welcome email’ to the Customers email that just completed the request.
This new templated/custom welcome Email tells the applicant what the bank needs next… w/ another Personal URL (PPPdocumentation@bank.com) link, where customer then uploads remaining supporting documents.
