To find your personal URL handle go to your profile settings. Click on your name in the upper right corner and select profile. Find the field called “Personal URL”. To change the default URL message to recipient click on “Personal URL Custom Message”
Here is where you can see the default message that is set for any recipient that uses this URL link to send themselves a request via email or mobile. To add a custom message start typing in the Email box or the mobile box (you can set both) and SAVE
When the recipient clicks on your URL via the email signature block or you may have your URL on your company's website, they enter an email or mobile which then sends the request link to the recipient.
This is the custom email message that the recipient will receive.

You can provide some additional instructions on your URL page so that the recipient can better understand the flow of how they need to send themselves a request.
