Owners can create and manage multiple Teams under their own account and have privileges into all these teams as if they were the Owner or Admin of those accounts.

Once this is set up by a Botdoc representative, you can find My Organization tab on the left navigation tool bar on the main dashboard.
When you click on My Organization you will see the list of Users who have Organization privileges and a list of all the Teams (Groups) that your Users can manage under your Organization. To ADD Users you will need to contact your Botdoc POC and Remove Users click on the X Action button next to the users info
ORG USERS:
An ORG User can be from any team, can be a user of no Team, can be an Owner or Admin.
Team Owner and Org Owner have the same Powers/Privileges
Team Admin and Org Admin have the same Powers/Privileges
ORG Admin and Team Owner should have owner permissions only over the Team they are Owner of, NOT of all the other teams in the Org (because they are only Org Admin).
ORG TEAM:
An ORG Team is the list of Teams that are under the management of the Organization. You can have as many teams as you wish under your Organization.
To VIEW the team click on VIEW and if you need to Remove a Team click on Remove. If you need to ADD a Team you will need to contact your Botdoc POC.
