This is an Enterprise feature, contact sales@botdoc.io for more details.
Replace Botdoc’s Push and Pull default email subject line to recipients by setting a custom Team default subject line. If users on your team need to change the subject line at anytime they have the ability to override per request.
Botdoc Default Subject Line:
Todd Treebe from Apple Tree Company sent you some file(s) via Botdoc - Push sample
Todd Treebe from Apple Tree Company Request Documents via Botdoc - Pull sample
Custom Team Subject Line (Owners can set as your team default however, users can override this default for each request if needed):
Final Loan Documents from Voo Doo Lab - Push sample
Voo Doo Lab is requesting Urgent documents - Pull sample
TEAM OWNER:
On the left navigation tool bar click on My Teams and scroll down to “Edit Your Team Configuration” and scroll down to “Pull Default Subject Line” and “Push Default Subject Line” where you can enter a custom subject line that will become the Teams Default Subject Line. If you do NOT enter text into the subject line fields, then the Botdoc default will remain the same (see above).
You can keep these fields blank however, once you create your default customer subject line each user on your team will have the ability to override that subject line if needed per request.
USERS:
If Team Owner has a Default Subject Line set for the team you will see the details on your Dashboard. Users have the ability to override that subject line for each request if needed. Just type a new subject if needed.
If NO team default is set you will see a blank subject line where users can enter their own custom subject which will show on the recipients email (see above) OR user can leave blank and recipient will receive Botdoc's default subject line on the recipients email.
