Search request details (Pull)
On the Left of your dashboard you will see the main navigation toolbar. Click on My Requests (PULL) to view Pull details page.
This details page will give you a full view of all requests sorted by most recent at top.
1 - Search by entering email address, mobile, name, subject line, text within the message or internal message and click SEARCH
2 - Search by Status/Order by by clicking on the drop down menu called Order by and choose either:
-Pending Action/download view (this will search for all completed transactions where you need to download the files (these would be the grayed requests)
-Completed will search for all completed
-Last Updated will search for requests that have been updated most recently
Added 8/21/2022 - search via subject line column (this is an enterprise feature)
