How to view internal private notes (PULL)
On the Left of your dashboard, you will see the main navigation toolbar. Click on My Requests (PULL) to view the Pull details page and internal private notes.
This details page will give you a full view of all requests sorted by the most recent at the top. You can see the column called Internal Notes however, to view the entire Internal message you need to click on VIEW to open up that specific request details.
Once you click VIEW: you have all the details of this request and you can see your full internal message.
