(API) How to set to Transport Method - Mailgun
This tutorial is in order to use your Mailgun email service with Botdoc API.
Mailgun is an Transactional/bulk email service / automation service provided by Rackspace. It offers a complete cloud-based email service for sending and receiving through your websites and applications.
This will change the “sent from” or sender email from noreply@botdoc.io to your company’s email address noreply@yourcompany.com
Instructions
Go to your Transport Methods configuration then click on the [ + ] button.
Select the “Email” option on Transport Type then “Mailgun” option on Transport interface.
Selecting Custom SMTP you will notice the all the fields are required to setup the transport method.
The required information can be found in your company's Mailgun account.
After filling in all fields with the Mailgun credentials, click on the Save button so that the information can be tested and saved.
If all information is correct, the Mailgun configuration will be saved and a test email will be sent to you.
You can save multiple Transports Methods, but only one can be set as the default.
