Direct Requests (User to User)
The "Direct Requests" feature was designed to simplify receiving/completing requests from other Botdoc Users.
The "Direct Requests" will show Pull or Push requests that have been sent TO YOU (by a confirmed Botdoc user) to complete or download.
To put it simply, think of “Direct Requests” as "Botdoc User to Botdoc User"
You can find the Direct Requests tab on your left navigational toolbar:
This feature allows you to work from your Botdoc Dashboard if you or your team frequently send/receive sensitive data internally (to/from Botdoc Users).
NOTE: You will still receive the Email notifications that you did previously in regard to Pull or Push requests sent to you.
