After successfully receiving a Botdoc link (via either email or mobile), the first step is to click on the link provided. When you access the link you will see a landing page similar to the image below (differences will be coloring, logo, branding, etc.):
The next step is to click on the “Add Document” on this landing page:
Clicking this button in your computer browser will open up a file window so you can freely select your documents, photos, etc. that have been requested from you. On mobile, it will prompt you with the choice to add from your photo library, take a photo or browse files on your phone as shown to the left here. (The Example is an iPhone, however, Android phones operate the same albeit with slightly different verbiage.)
When working from a computer browser you also have the option to simply drag and drop files on to this landing page and they will begin to upload.
Once files are selected (or added via drag-and-drop) they will begin to upload. While files are uploading you can add files as needed with the same methods noted up to this point. (You can also cancel any individual files using the cancel button next to each file before they upload, and there is also a Delete button next to each file after they have been uploaded)
When the files have completed uploading and are prepared to be sent, you will see a small green check next to each completed file. Once each file has finished uploading the “Send/Finish” button along the bottom will animate indicating that the Pull Request is ready to be completed and sent.
After clicking the “Send/Finish” button your documents will be sent and the container will terminate showing you that your documents have been successfully and securely transported.
THATS IT!
