You will be prompted “Are you sure you want to assign the request #677075 to George F Small?”. Select YES to proceed and NO to choose another user.

Note: When assigning another user the Action box will display the users name, the request will be highlighted and the “are you sure” box has the request and the assigned users name associated with this function so that you will know WHO you are assigning the request to.

When YES is selected “active” request will disappear from the Queue and show inside “the assigned users” My Sends/Push tab on the left navigation toolbar and this Request is now this users full responsibility.

When a request is assigned to another user that user will also get an email notification stating that user was assigned a request along with request details:

You can now VIEW Push details of the Request along with the timeline details showing that User “Tori Mills assigned this request to George F Smalls” (assigned to another user) or the timeline may say “Tori Mills assigned this request to Tori Mills” (assign to myself)
