1 - Login History (metadata information only) will show a history of all Team users when they logged in and when they logged off. You will also be able to IP address, Geo location, Lat/Long and Time and Date stamped.

This report will show you your PULL and PUSH Request Status which include: (waiting, complete, active, expired) & Dashboard Custom Field details (this is a custom feature so please reach out to support@botdoc sales@botdoc.io for further details). Custom Fields are fields embedded into the Dashboard that can be required fields or not, and fields that only the USER will see and not the recipient.

All reports that are generated will be saved and named by the dates you have chosen for the report. If you choose to generate a report for July 1 to July 26, 2020 the file name will be the dates (see above pic)

5 - P2 Activity Details Report

These report will show the following P2/Conversations details:

  • Team ID

  • Team Name

  • Conversation ID

  • Conversation Title

  • Date Conversation was created

  • Date of last activity

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email

  • Customer Phone Number

  • User ID

  • User Name

  • Users assigned to Queue Name

  • Number of Files Pulled

  • Number of Files Pushed

  • Number of Files downloaded by Customer

  • Counts of Content (interactions inside the conversation: messages, replies, downloads, features etc)

  • Remote User ID

  • Remote User Name

  • Remote User Email

  • Request status report for the entire Organization (including all teams) and/or by choosing individual teams (must be ORG Owner/Admin)
