This is an Enterprise + custom feature which allows the Team Owner to create custom fields in the Personal Profile page with which links to each users URL page.
Custom Fields include: icons, links and linked icons (see samples below)
From Team Profile scroll down to view Edit Team User Custom Fields and this will add custom fields to the users profile page (see 2nd pic below)
