To find your personal URL handle go to your profile settings.  Click on your name in the upper right corner and select profile.  Find the field called “Personal URL”.

When the recipient clicks on “Send me files securely” it will open up the option for the recipient to enter an email or mobile number and a subject line then click START. Entering their email or mobile number will then send a request to the recipient (we call this self-service)

This is what the email request link looks like from the customers customer's view. Customer Customers can see the subject line as well as the link to upload documents.

USER email notification that the recipient has competed completed their upload - User The user will receive an email notification when the request has been completed and the user will be able to see the subject line (for easy searching in the future)

As the user, you can view this request in your “My Requests Pull” tab on the left navigation tool bartoolbar. Here is where you can see the default message and Internal message that is set for any recipient that uses this URL link to send themselves a request. (Change URL message to a custom message)
