On the left navigation tool bar click on My Teams and scroll down to “Edit Your Team Configuration” where you can enter a custom subject line that will become the Teams Default Subject Line. If you do NOT enter text into the subject line fields, then the Botdoc default will remain the same (see above).
Once you enter your customer subject line each user will have the ability to override that subject line if needed per request.
