Enable your recipients to “reply to” directly to your users reqeusts requests via email. This means that if this feature is enabled, your users can send out requests, and the receipents recipients can then “reply-to” via email vs directly to you as the user who sent the request vs the recipient getting the no-reply@bank.com.

When disabled, the recipient will either see noreply@botdoc.io or will see YOUR companies SMTP settings noreply@bank.com etc.
